POLICIES

Shipping

• Most products will ship within 1-3 business days provided the item is not backordered.
• Backordered items will generally ship within 7  business days.
• Free shipping within the United States on all items.
• We do not ship overseas at this time.

Returns

• A product may only be returned within 15 days after the product has been shipped and must be accompanied by a RMA # issued from Display in Cases.

• You are responsible for the freight charge to return the product back to Display in Cases. Be sure to insure product in shipping as Display in Cases will not be  responsible for damages on returns and credit will not be given. 

• There will be no credit given on a product until it is received back at Display in Cases and is deemed in good and resalable condition.

Damages

• All damaged products must be reported within 3 calendar days from the time it has been received in order for Display in Cases to file a claim with the carrier.

• Display in Cases will not be held responsible after the 3 day window expires.

• A damaged call tag will be issued and once the damaged product has been received a replacement will be shipped.

Privacy

• Display in Cases takes all reasonable measures to protect and secure the information you provide to us. The personal information you enter on-line such as credit card, name, phone number, email and mailing address are encrypted using the highest level Verisign SSL Certificate. You may view this seal on the checkout page. When you are on a secure page you will notice the URL change from http:// to https:// signaling that you are on a secure page. There will also be a small lock in the bottom of your window, you may click on the lock and all the secure certificate info will appear.
